SHIPPING & RETURNS

Each order is carefully packed for secure transportation from the studio to the destination and it is my aim for all orders to arrive to you as soon as possible.

FREE POSTAGE & SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Please allow 1 - 5 days for orders to be dispatched from the Studio.

Once the order is shipped the purchaser will be notified with a tracking number.

Postage & Shipping charges vary depending on location and size of the order. Please contact me for a quote by filling in the Contact form. Please include, delivery address, title of artwork and if it is original or a print (include size of print)

Please Note: Depending on country of destination (incl NZ), charges may be incurred once the order arrives into that country. These charges are not part of the purchase and Katey Cunliffe Artist is not liable to pay any extra charges so please inquire with local Customs if duties/and or taxes may be incurred. If so, the receiver will need to pay these charges.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide a street address with your order as PO Box addresses will not be accepted. Usually a signature would be required on delivery but due to Covid 19 this is not enforced and therefore it is imperative the correct address is supplied. Any lost or missing parcel/s due to incorrect address information is not the responsibility of Katey Cunliffe Artist and Insurance can be forfeited. Please also include a phone number in case the postal carrier needs to make contact.

 

INSURANCE

Insurance is included in all shipping and is calculated into the final checkout amount. All artwork is packaged with care and professionally by the artist (original artworks) or professional printers (prints). If the incorrect postal address is given and artwork/s lost/missing Insurance may be forfeited. The insurance covers transportation from dispatch to delivery and any damage to the artwork/s beyond delivery will not be claimable and is not the responsibility of Katey Cunliffe Artist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Transportation Damage:

​In the unlikely event that the order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or exchange/replacement providing clear photo’s of the damaged artwork/s and original packaging have been emailed to Katey Cunliffe Artist (contact form) within 3 days of the order being received. Any damaged artwork needs to be returned to the artist, by arrangement and free of charge to the purchaser.

Refunds:

It means the world to me if you love your new artwork and if you are not entirely happy with your purchase I will not hesitate to give you a full refund.

All that is required is for you to return the artwork within 7 days of receiving it with proof of dispatch, emailed to Katey Cunliffe Artist (via Contact form) as well as the reason why you wish to return artwork and if you would prefer a refund or exchange for another artwork. Any returned artwork must be in original, perfect condition to be eligible for Refund or Exchange and shipped in its original packing.

Refunds will be to the value of the item excluding original shipping and handling charges unless the item is damaged upon delivery.

Refunds will be via the original form of payment. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.

Exchange:

For exchanging artwork/s, confirmation of availability and difference of artwork price (if any), the new item will be shipped once the returning artwork is received.

The purchaser is to cover return shipping costs for Exchanges.

Exchanges within Australia are shipped for free from the Artist to the purchaser.

Exchanges for international items will be payable by the purchaser.
